Carl LUSSIEZ

From an early age, Carl has always had a passion for physical activity and combat sports. This passion led him to develop a deep understanding of the human body and its incredible capacities. His decision to pursue a degree in kinesiology at UDEM strengthened his understanding of what can be achieved through physical activity. Along the way, Carl became particularly interested in rehabilitation. He therefore decided to deepen his expertise by obtaining a DESS in Therapeutic Exercise at UDES, in order to practice manual therapy and achieve faster results. Through his studies and experiences, Carl realized that the balance between strength, stability and mobility is often the key to successful rehabilitation. That's why he strives to foster a collaborative approach with his clients, to increase the effectiveness of sessions and achieve set goals. His passion for his profession and his desire to help his clients enable him to offer engaging and effective sessions.
