FAQ
We're kind of both!
We believe that therapy and training are on a continuum. We do not discriminate between these two disciplines.
For example, if you suffer from pain that prevents you from performing certain exercises, reduce the level of difficulty to allow you to strengthen key muscles needed for joint stability, and add manual treatments to optimize tissue quality and joint amplitude.
If you don't suffer from pain, training will help you avoid injury by optimizing the way you move in addition to your body mechanics, while improving your overall health. You'll avoid the need for therapeutic modalities.
What sets our approach apart is the precision with which we assess your condition. We believe that your treatment will only be effective if we properly target the structures and muscles we need to work on.
And since our aim is to address the real cause of your pain, we place great emphasis on muscle strengthening, in synergy with manual therapy. You'll receive a manual treatment involving joint and tissue manipulation, followed by the prescription of therapeutic exercises.
